Actalent is Hiring a Civil Construction Project Manager Near VERONA, WI
Description:
- Will be managing a variety of civil projects to include: site excavation, site utilities, site concrete, curb and gutter, sidewalks.
- Will be dealing with city / municipal developers / owners to determine scope of work and communicate through all phases of the project
- Will be working in tandem with the superintendent and foreman for manpower staffing, site development, and overall construction progress
- Estimating and bidding
- Mix of field and office depending on the project
Projects:
large-scale subdivision development, commercial site development, water and sewer utility construction, and concrete work, including curb and gutter and flatwork
Skills:
Project management, Construction management, construction, civil, Underground Utility, excavation, land development
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-15 years of construction project management experience for civil projects: any type of earth work projects (municipal; DOT; private development)
- Strong communication
- Strong computer skills
